V2 Reports
Dernière mise à jour il y a 3 jours
CP2 2.0 adds five blocks you can put in a CPMailer email, so the day's priorities arrive in the right inbox. Add them like any other block when you create or edit a CPMailer report; see Adding Users & Reports.
| Block | Who it's for | What it lists |
|---|---|---|
| Your Call List | Sales reps | Appointments in the next week, follow-ups due, and the accounts Account Watch flags, with why, what's at stake and when each was last contacted |
| Customers Waiting | Reps and managers | Customers waiting on parts, oldest first: special orders not yet on a PO, special orders whose PO is past its required date, and back orders past the date the customer needed them |
| Overdue Purchase Orders | Buyers | Open POs past their required date, most days late first, totalled by supplier, with how many customers are waiting on each |
| Orders to Review | Buyers | Smart Replenishment orders still to act on: to review and approve, then approved but not yet sent to Counterpoint |
| FlightDeck Brief | Managers | The weekly or monthly brief from the top of FlightDeck |
How each block chooses what to show
- Your Call List: for a report that belongs to a CP2 user, the same list as their Call List tab, including pinned customers and booked follow-ups. For an email-only recipient, the accounts flagged for their rep code.
- Customers Waiting and Overdue Purchase Orders: for the recipient's branches. In Customers Waiting, reps see their own customers and managers see everyone's.
- Orders to Review: every open order, whoever gets the email.
- FlightDeck Brief: follows the email's frequency. A weekly email gets the latest weekly brief; a monthly email gets the brief for the month just ended. A daily email includes the weekly brief only in the first email after it's written, so it isn't repeated all week. The brief covers the whole company, so only managers receive it; anyone else gets a one-line note instead.
All five show things as they stand on the day the email is sent, whatever its frequency. The brief is written only when it's turned on; see FlightDeck Insights.
