To run an inventory adjustment report, you want to navigate to
6. Inventory > 1. Data Maintenance > 2 Inventory Adjustments > 2. Stock Adjustments Report
This report will return a listing of all manual stock adjustments. This does not include physical count worksheets and input work.
The selection criteria for this report includes:
1. Starting Category - The first category in the range you would like to report on. Press enter to accept the default beginning category
3. Ending Category - The last category in the range you would like to report on. Press enter to accept the default last category.
5. Starting Part Number - If using a single category, you can select the starting part number or press enter to accept the default beginning part number
7. Ending Part Number - If using a single category, you can select the ending part number or press enter to accept the default last part number
9. Starting Date - The first date you wish to report on. Enter 1901/01/01 to select the earliest possible records
12. Ending Date - The last date you wish to report on.
Once your selection criteria is in, press F1 to create the report.
If you return the report on screen and your system is set for automatic PDF copies, a new copy of the report will be available in Z:\pdf_reports\b1\login
A .csv copy that can be loaded into Excel will be saved off as Z:\html\b1\inmvrp.csv
