The 'Open Messages' page allows you to review all open CounterMessages for this customer, or add new ones. 

CounterMessages are an easy way to submit service requests on behalf of a customer and track the communication thread. When a CounterMessage is created, it is logged in the system, with the recipient receiving an email of the message. The recipient is also able to reply to the email via Counterpoint Cloud even if they do not have an active account.

That reply is also logged against the message and customer in case there is any review required in the future.
