How do I add/edit a supplier?

Supplier Maintenance

Jdispatch maintains supplier information outside of counterpoint as the listing would be mostly unnecessary if it contained all out of town suppliers that may exist in Counterpoint. So, the maintenance of the supplier info for pickup requests is handled under Admin > Customers & Suppliers

This screen can be used for delivery analysis but, also in this screen, there are maintenance buttons in the top right corner

Adding a Supplier

Clicking the 'Create' button will bring up a modal where you can enter a supplier's info

The only key points to keep in mind when setting up a supplier is that the account number should be unique, and the address must be a well formed address in order to properly build routes.

Once complete, click the 'create' button and the supplier will be added

Changing Supplier

Clicking the 'Edit button will also bring up a modal with the current information pre-populated

All fields can be edited except for the supplier number. Once you have made the changes, press 'update'. If successful, a message will display
