How can I install the JDispatch app if it isn't showing in the Play Store?
Last Updated 2 months ago

Newer versions of the play store app release have more restrictive requirements on what an app requires in regards to back-end integrations (JDispatch Dashboard and/or Counterpoing) and, in some cases, this limit's it's visibility and pushes us to offer a direct, sideloading install option.

First, you will want to scan this QR code

When you scan this code, it will show you a URL from our amscomp.com domain. Tap the url to download the app.

You may be prompted about the file being harmful.

As long as you have scanned the above QR code, this is OK to press 'Download anyway'. Once the download is complete, you should see a confirmation and option to open the app. Tap 'Open'

Once you tap 'open', it is likely you will see the following message about installing 'Unknown Apps'. This message shows for apps that are distributed direct, so you can tap the 'settings' option
