Frequently Asked Question

Once a Stock transfer has been opened on an RF gun, it will be locked so as to not allow multiple sessions to access it until the receiving is complete on the RF gun. 

If you come across this message and are not longer receiving a transfer via the RF gun, you can take these steps.

First, go back to the RF gun and open the stock transfer in question via option 'B'

Press 0 to enter a stock transfer number

Here you can key in the number, or scan it from the Counterpoint document. Once in the document, you can enter Y or N when asked 'Autoscan?'

With the transfer open, press the on-screen accept key, or press 'Ctrl-A'. This will present you with the 'Complete?' question.

Press 'Y' here to tell the system that you have completed your process on this transfer with the Gun. 

You should now be able to access the transfer on the desktop.

***NOTE*** 
Once you have marked the transfer as complete, you MUST finish any required changes via the desktop before the end of day
