The negative item report can be found in 6. Inventory > 7. Reporting > 3. Status Reports > 4. Negative On Hand

Selection option in this report are:

• Start Category: Select the starting category in the range you would like to report on. Press enter to select the default first category
• End Category: Select the starting category in the range you would like to report on. Press enter to select the default last category

Once you have your selection, press F1 to accept and build the report. 

Once complete, you will be presented with the on-screen report

Depending on system setup, this may generate an automated PDF file in Z:/pdf_reports/b1/login

Here, you can also opt to print a hard copy or convert the report to excel
