Frequently Asked Question

RF Count Reports
Last Updated about a month ago

There are two report types available once an RF count is completed. The first has two parts to it and also acts as a close-off for any open counts. The second is run after a count it closed out and can be used for post-count analysis.

Variance Report

The variance report allows you to view or print how any user is progressing

  • select the report by taking the following menu path from any workstation
  • 6. Inventory / 6. Physical Inventory / 6. RF Count Reporting / 1. Update RF Count Detail
  • Enter your PIN
  • Enter the Login ID you wish to report on. Pressing Enter will select ALL.
  • Press Enter at the Update option to Not update the permanent count history data.
  • Select the type of report you want; A=All items scanned OR V=Variances only.

Update Count History

Updating the count history tells the system that you have completed counting all of the items you planned on counting at this time. Failure to update the count history will mean that, when you scan any of the items you have counted, you will be prompted with the “Recent Scans” screen popping up constantly.

This step also commits the counts to history so that you can run specific variance reports against them

  1. Select the same program as for Variance reporting
  2. Select ALL user ID’s by pressing Enter
  3. Input U and press Enter
  4. Select the type of report you want; A=All items scanned OR V=Variances only.
  5. Accept the options selected at the “Any change?” prompt.

RF Cyclical Count Variances

Once a count is complete, and you have closed the count off as described above in the 'Update Count History' section, you can do more detailed analysis on the count via the RF Cyclical Count Variances report

6. Inventory > 6. Physical Inventory > 6. RF Count Reporting > 2. RF Cyclical Count Variances

In this screen, you are given a number of options
