How can I change Special/Contract Pricing?

In cases where you need to update a group of Contracts/Specials, you can accomplish some of these things via the Contract/Spec. Change at 4. Sales Desk > 8. Administration > 2. Customer Pricing > 4. Contract/Spec. Change

From this screen, you can define and filter the specials to change by selecting:

  • A customer or customers (press enter to select all).
  • The type of pricing to update
    • Y - Only update non-customer specific specials
    • C - Only update customer specific contracts
    • N - Update both customer and non-customer specific specials/contracts
  • A category or range of categories (press enter to select all)
  • A specific part number
  • A specific start date
  • A specific end date
  • A flyer code
  • A discount group

Next, you can choose to modify:

  • Discount Percentage
  • Start date
  • End Date
  • Reset the sold qty
