You can access the detail of a historic RGM by going to

6. Inventory > 2. Returned Goods > 2. Return Bank > 4. RGM History Inquiry

Enter in a date range of returns you wish to inquire on.

*** As a note, the system will being looking up as soon as you enter the date. You do not need to press the enter key after the 'to' date.

This will return a list of RGMs from that timeframe

If you want to see more detail, select the line number of the RGM you want to inquire on
