How do I remove a customer backorder?

To remove an item from customer back order, you will need to use the Back Order Maintenance available at 4. Sales Desk > 8. Administration > 6. Back Order Processing > 1. back Order Maintenance > 2. Delete Backorder
Begin by typing in the category and part number you wish to inquire on.
Once the category/part are keyed in, you can press F7 to view the next backorder for that part
Press Y to delete the backorder
