To release/delete a suggested order, you need to use the menu path 7. Purchasing > 4. Suggested Order Processing > 9. Release Suggested Orders

Enter in the suggested order name of the order you wish to delete and press enter. The order name will flash and disappear. This is an indication that the order has been removed. 

To validate whether the order is gone, you can go to 7. Purchasing > 4. Suggested Order Processing > 4. Add/Change Order and confirm that the order in question is no longer listed.
